Large Scale Annual Events
Our annual tradition is to hold large-scale events to promote intercollegiate bonding and provide long-lasting memories for our community.
Kamayan
Hosted in the fall, Kamayan is an intercollegiate dance showcase where clubs put together modern and traditional sets of dance to perform for each other and the Greater Massachusetts community.
Sosyal
Hosted in the spring, Sosyal is a semi-formal dance where D1 members come together for a night of opulence, style, and social gathering. The formal is often accompanied by musical performances and food.
Recent Events
Some annual D1 events include a back-to-school picnic, game nights, ice skating, upper and underclassmen-specific events, and collaborative events with outside organizations.
Recently, D1 has been expanding our repertoire to include a new social event, Halo Halo over Halo Halo, city-wide exploration through The Amazing Race: D1 Edition, and a charity talent show, D1's Got Talent.
